Corrigendum to “FUNDC1 insufficiency sensitizes high fat diet intake-induced cardiac remodeling and contractile anomaly through ACSL4-mediated ferroptosis” [Metabolism 122 (September 2021) 154840]


Abstract The authors regret to report an error in the above-mentioned paper in Fig. 3 as reported. For oil red O staining, density rather than the area of staining was mistakenly reported while a second batch of data was inadvertently left out in the summary analysis (affecting sample size). We have updated the summary graph as shown below (with representations matching mean values), which did not affect the original conclusion. The authors sincerely express their apology for any inconvenience for the readers.
