What are Wyoming CTSOs?
Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) in Wyoming are leadership and skill-building organizations that align with Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways. These organizations empower students by providing real-world experiences, leadership training, competitions, and networking opportunities in their career fields of interest.
CTSOs offer students a chance to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom, develop career-readiness skills, and connect with industry professionals. In Wyoming, CTSOs are integrated into community colleges and high schools to support various CTE clusters like Agriculture, Business, Technical Skills, and Family & Consumer Sciences.
Through participation in CTSOs, students not only gain hands-on experience and confidence in their chosen career path, but they also build a strong foundation for future employment, entrepreneurship, and higher education.
